Brain Health Workup is a combination of memory and stroke preventive program.

This program is suitable for patients who have anxiety of forgetfulness, disorientation, or history of memory problems in their families. Also, the patients who have heart disease, hypertension, high cholesterol level, diabetes, frequent smoking or history of stroke in their families.  

Instructions

1. Do not eat or drink anything except plain water for at least 12 hours prior to your appointment
2. For those who have a medical device attached to the body, such as a pacemaker or stent implantation, please inform the doctor prior to your examination

 

Term & Conditions

1.  This package can be used with corporate partner and insurance direct billing agreements (subject to individual contracts and policies)
2. This package is valid from now through 30 June 2022
