The eligible patient who can apply this package is patient without complication and attending physician considered appropriate to this package. Patients with the following conditions will be considered as “high risk’ and will not qualify for the Package:
- Poor LV function (EF < 40 %)
- Creatinine blood level > 1.5 mg/dl
- Other Organ Failure
- Blood problem or Hb < 10 mg/dl
- Recent acute myocardial infarction within 4 weeks
- HIV Infection

Package Exclusions
- Charges for inpatient stays in excess of 2 days, for close observe and monitoring in ICU or stays past the day that the physician has approved discharge.
- Charges for consultations and others specialist consultation.
- Outpatient fees and expenses incurred before admission.
- Admission physician fees, Daily round physician fees and Discharge summary fee.
- Charges for complex cases requiring emergency surgery or other conditions requiring equipment and hospital stays in excess of program.
- Items of a personal nature such as in-room soft drinks, telephone charges and guest meals will be charged at the normal rates in effect.
- Charges for Blood transfusion, Laboratory tests and other diagnostic tests Pre & Post operation such as blood testing, x-ray, EKG and Biopsy charges.
- Take home medications; and medical supplies.
